Dry Cleaning Delivery FAQ

Q. When the registration form is completed and your office has received it, what do I do?

A. We will send you a garment and shoe care pouch, within 2-3 business days via our route sales representative, and you will be advised of the time and scheduled days of pick-up and delivery.

Q. How do I pay for my dry cleaning service?

A. The method of payment selected by our client is our convenient auto charge, whereby a charge card of your choice is charged on delivery of your clothing.

Q. In the event I want to make changes to my account, whom should I contact?

A. Total Care Dry Cleaners customer care center is available to answer your questions, your requests, or just to assist you in any way.

Please note that Total Care Dry Cleaners always follow the manufacturer's care label but we will be more than happy to accommodate special request such as laundering rather than dry cleaning, no crease or press only.
